All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

For high-demand products, custom-built robots, or pre-orders, processing times may be longer. In such cases, customers will be notified by email.

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier:

Optimist Robotics is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product immediately

  3. Include your order number and photos in your message
